Writing Contests: The Mona Schreiber Prize

Choose your weapon for these writing contestsSome writing contests ask you to be a little weird.

That’s the advice for writers who want to submit an essay, short story, poem or other work to the Mona Schreiber humor contest for humorous fiction and nonfiction. Works should be less than 750 words in length, and there is a $5 entry fee per entry. So be weird; be crazy; just be creative; maybe just be yourself.

Submissions are accepted starting December 1, 2013. Details are here.
